Roof Replacements

Most municipalities will only allow two layers of a commercial roof.  If an existing roof has two layers and needs replacement, then the traditional replacement option is a Tear Off.   However, if an existing roof only has one roofing layer that it is usually a candidate for a Roof Recover.  Keep in mind, there are several other factors that will determine the right scope of work for each building.  To learn more about each option, please click below.
